Brushing instead of peeling! Gently clean vegetables without peeling off the healthy, vitamin-rich layers. A vegetable brush with two sides... a dark side, with hard natural union bristles for firmer vegetables (Union Fibre, is a mixture of Tampico (from the agave cactus) and Palmyra(from the base of the leaf stalks of the India palm tree). Then a gentle side with lighter tampico bristles (from the agave cactus) for more sensitive vegetables to be gently cleaned. The wood is sustainable beechwood.
Could also be used as a household scrubbing brush. Includes a metal hanging tag for easy storage.
