This website is owned and operated by Sarah Sherwin T/as dorseteco. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors to visit our eco-friendly website and online store. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Return and refund policy
If you need to return an item please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and they should be returned within 14 days. This is eligible for any undamaged product, simply return it well packed within its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt (or gift receipt) with the goods. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
If you feel a product is defective after the 14 days return period, please contact us to discuss whether a replacement product is appropriate. We will pay for shipment of the replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for the cost to return the product to us.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Sarah Sherwin T/as dorseteco. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are only able to ship within the UK.
For UK deliveries goods will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, and will be
received 3 - 5 days from the date the order was placed.
Costs of shipping;
Orders up to £10 in one shipment £2.50.
Orders between £10 and £25 small parcel charge of £5.00 per order.
Orders over £25 will be delivered within the UK free of charge.
We are unable to ship outside of the UK.
EASY RETURNS and MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We hope you'll love your goods, but if you are unhappy with the goods please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to discuss a refund. We need to receive the goods back within 14 days, in perfect condition and well packaged in their original packaging in order for us to arrange a refund or replacement for you. Unless the goods are found to be faulty you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the goods to us.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All goods will be sent through royal mail, and an email will be sent to you with details of your tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for goods being shipped to an incorrect address due to errors in information provided by the customer. If goods are unable to be delivered and are subsequently returned to the courier or to a post office branch it is the customers responsibility to manage their collection from that depot themselves.
